For a first meeting in St. Petersburg, keep it simple: coffee in the centre, a walk in a park or along the main street, maybe a small concert. An hour is enough to know whether you want a second date.

Yes. YADate is a free online dating site, in St. Petersburg and everywhere else: profiles, search filters, likes, messages, voice messages and gifts cost nothing, and there is no premium plan. The only limits are daily caps against spam, such as 40 new conversations a day.
There are no fake profiles here: YADate doesn't create them or chat on anyone's behalf. Photos go live only after a moderator approves them, every account confirms an email address, and reports are reviewed by people. Anyone who asks for money or pushes you to move to another app straight away is worth reporting.
Yes. In the filters you can search around any other city, in the United States or abroad.
