These terms govern your use of the YADate website and apps (yadate.com). By registering you accept them.

1. Who we are

2. A free service
YADate is completely free. We do not sell subscriptions, paid features or credits. Every feature is available to every member.
3. Who may use YADate
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You use the service for personal communication, not for commercial purposes.
- You have not previously been banned from YADate.
4. Your profile
You provide truthful information and publish only photos of yourself. Photos of other people or celebrities, nudity and photos of children without an adult are not allowed.
You are responsible for your profile and messages. By posting content you allow us to store it and show it to other members as part of the service.
5. Not allowed
- Scams, asking for money, selling goods or services, advertising, spam.
- Insults, threats, harassment, discrimination, hate speech.
- Fake profiles, impersonation, profiles shared by several people.
- Automated access, scraping other members' data, circumventing limits.
- Any content related to sexual exploitation, violence or illegal activity.
6. Moderation
We review photos and texts and handle reports. We may remove content, restrict features or ban accounts that break these rules. When we remove your content or restrict your account we tell you why, unless the law forbids it.
You can report any profile, photo or message directly in the app.
7. No fake members
We never create fake profiles or simulate activity. Every profile on YADate belongs to a real person.
8. Closing your account
You can pause or delete your account at any time in the settings. When you delete it we erase your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
We work to keep the service reliable and safe, but we cannot guarantee how other members behave. Meet in public places and follow our safety tips. Nothing in these terms limits the statutory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will announce material changes in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of [country where the operator is registered]; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.
