Everyone in Stella knows the local café, which is exactly why it works for a first date: public, easy to find, no pressure. A walk around town can come after.
You set the distance yourself in the filters, from 10 km up to 500 km — or choose “Any distance”.
Yes. YADate is a free online dating site, in Stella and everywhere else: profiles, search filters, likes, messages, voice messages and gifts cost nothing, and there is no premium plan. The only limits are daily caps against spam, such as 40 new conversations a day.
YADate never creates fake profiles or writes on behalf of people who don't exist. A moderator checks every photo before it appears, every member confirms an email address, and any profile can be reported. If someone asks for money or rushes you onto another app, report them — a moderator will look into it.
Yes. In the filters you can search around any other city, in South Africa or abroad.
