Dating by city / India / Tamil Nadu / Chennai
Looking for a date, something serious or new friends in Chennai? Create a profile and you could be the first local on this page.
In a city the size of Chennai, pick a place you can both reach in half an hour: a café near a metro or bus stop, an exhibition, a food market or a walk in a central park. Weekday evenings are quieter than Saturdays.
Within 50 km of Chennai there are 31 towns and cities — Tambaram, Maraimalainagar and Tiruvallur among them — with more than 5.4 million residents in all. In the app you choose the distance yourself: from 10 km to 500 km, or “Any distance”.
Yes. YADate is a free online dating site, in Chennai and everywhere else: profiles, search filters, likes, messages, voice messages and gifts cost nothing, and there is no premium plan. Daily caps exist only to stop spam: up to 40 new conversations a day, for example.
YADate never creates fake profiles or writes on behalf of people who don't exist. A moderator checks every photo before it appears, every member confirms an email address, and any profile can be reported. If someone asks for money or rushes you onto another app, report them — a moderator will look into it.
Yes. Pick any other city in the filters, at home or abroad, and YADate shows the people there.
