In a city the size of Shantou, pick a place you can both reach in half an hour: a café near a metro or bus stop, an exhibition, a food market or a walk in a central park. Weekday evenings are quieter than Saturdays.
Within 50 km of Shantou there are 4 towns and cities — Jieyang, Chaozhou and Huanggang among them — with more than 7.7 million residents in all. In the app you choose the distance yourself: from 10 km to 500 km, or “Any distance”.
Yes. YADate is a free online dating site, in Shantou and everywhere else: profiles, search filters, likes, messages, voice messages and gifts cost nothing, and there is no premium plan. Daily caps exist only to stop spam: up to 40 new conversations a day, for example.
YADate never creates fake profiles or writes on behalf of people who don't exist. A moderator checks every photo before it appears, every member confirms an email address, and any profile can be reported. If someone asks for money or rushes you onto another app, report them — a moderator will look into it.
Yes. Pick any other city in the filters, at home or abroad, and YADate shows the people there.
